Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee the quality of our products. If the quality of an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can bring it back. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags. It must also be in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, items such undergarments including all types of swimwear, underwear bottoms and bike chamois, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are unworn and unused and still have their original packaging or tags intact. Base layers are not considered undergarments.

Bicycles, ski, kayaks, paddle boards and other hard goods are final sale only, unless there is a manufacturers defect in which case the item may be covered under warranty.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Any purchase made with a gift card will be refunded exclusively by issuing a store credit or another gift card of equal value.

All sale items are final sale only.


Every bicycle, kayak, paddleboard and skis sold includes a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Granted exclusively to the initial owner, these guarantees vary according to the manufacturer. Please refer to the website of the manufacturer of your bike or ask one of our employees. We will be happy to assist you with any warranty issues related to the brands we carry.

Shipping returns

In-person returns

Products can be returned in-store for a refund or store credit if they meet our Returns & Exchanges guidelines.

Returns by mail

You can also mail in your returns. It may take 5–6 weeks to process returns by mail. Please email us in advance for a Return Authorization number for any items you’re returning. For warranty issues, please email us a photo and details of the issue plus the original purchase info.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new items shipped to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
